State Board of Technical Education and Training ( S.B.T.E.T )of Andhra Pradesh decides the academic policy of all Govt.Polytechnics . It controls and approves the curriculum, courses, examinations and results. It appoints committees to look into specific academic matters arising from time to time. The teaching , industrial training and employment activities of various engineering sections of Govt.Polytechnics are periodically reviewed to improve facilities and maintain standards. The Director of Technical Education ,Govt.of Andhra Pradesh is the Chairman of the Board.
